How we look after the sites we maintain
FlexCare isn't a one-time fix — it's an ongoing commitment. Here's exactly what that means, plan by plan.
What we monitor
Every site under FlexCare has its own live status page — real uptime history and incident notices, not just a promise. Since that page identifies the site by name, we keep it private rather than listing every client here; sign in to your Client Portal to find yours.
Every FlexCare plan includes continuous monitoring for uptime and availability, scanning for malware and known vulnerabilities, and keeping an eye on loading speed — so problems get caught before a visitor ever notices them.
Backups, by plan
How often your site or store is backed up depends on the plan:
- Basic — weekly backups
- Standard — more frequent backups
- Premium — daily backups
Support, by plan
- Basic — email support
- Standard — priority support
- Premium — 24/7 priority support with dedicated account management
What FlexCare doesn't cover
We're upfront about the limits: issues caused by third-party plugins, malware introduced outside our monitoring, hosting outages, or changes made without our knowledge fall outside FlexCare's scope. Redesign work and new feature development aren't included either — those are separate projects. And we don't promise 100% uptime, because no one honestly can — what we commit to is fast technical response and remediation when something goes wrong.
The full terms are in the FlexCare Terms of Use.
