FlexShop — Terms of Use

1. Service description

FlexShop is a flexible online store subscription package, including design and build of a WooCommerce store under the selected plan, hosting, technical updates for WordPress, plugins and WooCommerce, and basic support for the store’s smooth operation. The service does not include complex custom functionality or bespoke development, unless covered by a plan upgrade or a separate agreement.

2. Minimum term and payments

The minimum subscription term is 12 months. Payment is monthly and prepaid. The one-off activation (setup) fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable. If two (2) consecutive monthly payments go unpaid, WDlab reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service, without refund of amounts already paid.

3. Ownership & buyout

The store remains the property of WDlab for the duration of the subscription. After the 12-month minimum, the client may buy the store outright at a preferential discount off the total build cost, as agreed in the individual service agreement.

4. Technical support

WDlab provides basic technical support as part of the subscription. Advanced services — such as continuous security monitoring, product/feature fixes, and real-time monitoring — are available through the optional FlexCare maintenance plan (also available on its Online Store track).

5. Cancellation & termination

Either party may end this agreement with at least 30 days’ written notice. Amounts already paid for prepaid months are non-refundable.

6. Changes to these terms

WDlab may update these terms, with at least 30 days’ notice by email or a notice on this website.

7. Privacy & GDPR

WDlab processes client personal and business data — including the store’s own customer/order data — in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptance of terms

By activating the FlexShop service, the client confirms they have read and fully accept these terms.
