FlexSite — Terms of Use

1. Service description

FlexSite is a flexible website subscription package, including design and build of a website under the selected plan, hosting, technical updates, and basic support. The service does not include complex custom functionality or bespoke development, unless covered by a plan upgrade or a separate agreement.

2. Minimum term and payments

The minimum subscription term is 12 months. Payment is monthly and prepaid, by card or bank transfer. The one-off activation (setup) fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable. If a payment is more than 15 days late, WDlab reserves the right to suspend the website until the outstanding balance is settled.

3. Ownership & buyout

The website remains the property of WDlab for the duration of the subscription. After the 12-month minimum, the client may buy the website outright at a preferential discount off the total build cost, as agreed in the individual service agreement.

4. Technical support

WDlab provides basic technical support as part of the subscription. Advanced services — such as regular backups, speed/security checks, and small content fixes — are available through the optional FlexCare maintenance plan.

5. Cancellation & termination

The client may request to end the service after the 12-month minimum, with at least 30 days’ written notice. Amounts already paid for prepaid months are non-refundable.

6. Changes to these terms

WDlab may update these terms, with at least 30 days’ notice by email or a notice on this website.

7. Privacy & GDPR

WDlab processes client personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The client retains the right to information, access, and erasure of their data on request — see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptance of terms

By activating the FlexSite service, the client confirms they have read and fully accept these terms.
